PECAN TARTS 
CRUST:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and form into large ball; chill. Break off and put in small balls. Shape into small muffin tins, like pie crust.

FILLING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar

Fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
