SPECIAL K BARS WITH TOPPING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

Topping:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. Crisco

In saucepan, melt sugar and white syrup. Do not boil. Add one cup peanut butter, mix well until blended. Pour over Special K cereal and mix well. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan pressing down evenly over entire pan.

For topping, melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and Crisco over double boiler. Spread on bars.
