CHOCOLATE ROLL 
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate bits
1 egg
1 c. confectionery sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
7 oz. bag white coconut

Melt butter and chocolate bits together. Take off heat and add egg, confectionery sugar, salt, and marshmallows. Mix all of above together on wax paper laden with the coconut. Shape mixture into 2 log shapes. Roll log shape in coconut. Wrap in tin foil and freeze. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
