KOREAN BARBECUE | |
1 lb. thinly sliced meat (beef, chicken, pork, tongue, etc.) and/or shellfish MARINADE: 1/4 c. soy sauce Sesame oil to taste 1 clove garlic, mashed 1 tsp. sugar Black pepper Roasted sesame seeds (opt.) Mix marinade ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Grill meat quickly on very hot hibachi. Wrap meat in romaine lettuce leaf and top with pickled vegetables (kim chee, etc.) and sesame paste. Roll up and eat with your hands. |
