ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing for chicken
1/4 c. melted butter
4 c. zucchini
1/4 c. onion
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup

Combine the dressing with the melted butter. Boil the zucchini and onion for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. Combine soup, carrots and sour cream. Spread half of the dressing and butter mixture in the bottom of a dish. Layer with half the carrot mixture. Repeat. You can add shredded cheese to any of these layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
