HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef, cubed
1 med. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water, divided
3 tbsp. flour
Noodles

Brown meat on all sides. Add onions. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Combine sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Add to mustard mixture. Add to meat. Add 1 cup water; cover.

Cook over low heat 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Add more water if needed. Blend flour with 1/2 cup water. Add to meat mixture, stir until thick. Serve over cooked noodles. Can be cooked in slow cooker.
