PEACH STRUDEL 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, don't drain
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. walnuts

Place the peaches and juice in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cut the butter into the cake mix until crumbly and spread over the peaches. Top with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This turns out great if you medium chop the walnuts/pecans, melt the butter, then stir together. Add cake mix and mix thoroughly with a fork. Use the fork to break apart the mixture on top of the peaches. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. We call it a peach crunch, and it is wonderful. You may obviously use any canned fruit. Dusting the top with cinnamon sugar adds a nice touch.
