BOSTON CREAM PIE | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour 1 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. salad oil 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 egg yolks Oven at 350 degrees. Beat egg, add oil, milk, vanilla and beat 1 minute with electric mixer. Scrape bowl and add rest of ingredients. Put in oven at 350 degrees. Take it out every 10 minutes and check with knife. When ready, take out and let sit for 1/2 hour, then eat. |
