ABBY'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

FILLING:

1 c. granulated sugar
1 generous tsp. vanilla
3 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
4 eggs
1 pt. commercial sour cream

TOPPING:

1 (21 oz.) can prepared blueberry, cherry, or strawberry pie filling

To make crust, melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Line the bottom of a spring form pan, packing firmly.

Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and eggs. Pour into spring form pan. (the crust is still unbaked). Now bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Remove cake but DO NOT TURN OFF OVEN. Pour sour cream on top of cake and return to oven for another five minutes. Remove cake and let cool. Top with prepared pie filling. Chill overnight.
