COTTAGE POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. corn flakes
1 pt. sour cream (or French onion dip)
1 c. chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. shredded cheddar (mild) cheese
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Put hash browns (potatoes) in a 9"x13" pan. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, onions and salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Combine corn flakes and melted butter; pour on top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil during the last 1/2 hour. Delicious.
