CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 can mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. green pepper, if desired

Cook cabbage, cut fine, in small amount of water for 15 minutes. Cook peppers with cabbage. Drain. Put in casserole dish. Add soup. Sprinkle cheese and French fried onions on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is completely melted, in 350 degree oven.
