2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 beaten egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients; shape into patties. Dip in more bread crumbs and fry in hot fat. Brown on both sides.
