ITALIAN MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2-1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in skillet with onion, garlic, oregano and salt. Combine in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with soup, water and cooked noodles. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield 4-5 servings.
