ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 bell pepper
1 stalk celery
1 can tomato soup
1 jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 onion
1 1/2-2 lb. ground meat
1 can tomato sauce
Grated Cheddar cheese

Saute bell pepper, onion and celery. In separate pan, brown ground beef; drain. Add to vegetables. Add tomato sauce, tomato soup and spaghetti sauce. Simmer about 1 hour. Cook egg noodles and drain. Mix sauce and noodles. Place in casserole dish. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts.
