LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (#2) can tomatoes, pureed in food processor
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese

In large skillet combine ground beef, chopped onion, tomato paste, tomatoes, celery, and seasonings and cook until meat is brown, about 1 hour.

Puree together Ricotta and cottage cheese in food processor. Spray large baking pan with cholesterol free coating. Alternate layers of noodles, sauce, Ricotta cheese, and Parmesan, repeating layers if possible. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

358 calories. Exchange - 1 1/2 vegetable, 1 bread, 3 meat, 1 fat.
