BAKED SPINACH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 oz. grated cheese
Pinch of paprika

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Add onion, sour cream, nutmeg, egg. Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Turn into small baking dish, top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
