LEMON COOKIE BARS 
3/4 c. butter
3/8 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/8 tsp. salt

FILLING:

3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

Powdered sugar

Crust: Mix all ingredients together (mix like pie dough). Pat into a 13 x 9 inch roasting pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and top with Filling.

Filling: Mix ingredients together and pour over hot crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with powdered sugar.

Topping: Sprinkle powdered sugar on hot baked dessert. Cover completely. Let sit 24 hours. Cut into squares or bars.
