CHEESECAKE PIE 
7 graham crackers, rolled into crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and blend until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until sets slightly). Remove and cool 5 minutes. Add topping and return to oven for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
