BAKED EGGS | |
12 slices bread, remove crust 3 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 6 eggs, beaten 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 lb. Velveeta or American cheese, cubed 1 1/2 c. ham, diced 3/4 tsp. salt Layer 6 slices bread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Scatter ham, cheese, and onion over bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard. Set aside. Put remaining 6 slices of bread on top of ham, cheese, and onion. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
