AFTER DINNER MINT DESSERT 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 pt. whipping cream
Nabisco wafers (dark)
Peppermint flavoring
Green coloring
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Crush the wafers (blender or food processor), heat butter, add and mix cookie crumbs thoroughly. Press into a 9" pie dish and chill. Mix the marshmallow creme with the milk, whip the whipping cream until firm and fold into the marshmallows. Add a dash of peppermint and coloring and pour into the pie dish. Chill in the freezer. Garnish with grated chocolate and/or a sprig of peppermint. Serve frozen.
