HURRY UP HAMBURGER MIX 
4-5 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Knead together. Freeze in 1 pound containers.

SPAGHETTI: Fry hamburger mix, stir in mushroom flavored spaghetti sauce until warmed, serve over noodles.

SWEDISH MEATBALLS: Defrost hamburger mix, form meatballs, microwave or fry until cooked. Add 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup, stir until warm. Serve over buttered egg noodles.

SHEPHERD PIE: Fry hamburger mix. Make up 6 servings instant mashed potatoes. Layer in deep pie plate with 1 can drained mixed vegetables in this order: 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 meat, 1/2 vegetables, rest of meat, rest of vegetables, rest of potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes are brown on top.

TACO SALAD: Fry hamburger mix; add 1/2 cup water and 1 package taco seasoning mix. Cool. Toss meat together with 1 head shredded lettuce, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped pepper, 1 chopped tomato, 1 pound crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 8 ounces Thousand Island dressing.

MEATLOAF: Defrost hamburger mix, add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1 egg. Knead together, microwave 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
