ORANGE RAISIN CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. Spry
2 eggs
1 unpeeled orange, ground
1 c. raisins, ground

Mix dry ingredients. Drop Spry into sifted mixture. Then add sour milk and eggs; beat until smooth and creamy. Add fruit. Bake at 350 degrees about 35-45 minutes. Frost with mixture of 2 tablespoons Spry, 2 cups confectioners' sugar and orange juice.
