CHEESY POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes
1 (10 oz.) stick sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1 med. onion
Buttered bread crumbs

Boil potatoes in skins. Cool, peel and grate. Grate cheese and onion. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan in the following order potatoes, cheese and onion. Refrigerate until baking. At that time, pour whipping cream over casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
