1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients with a little of the milk and egg yolks. Heat rest of milk then add to other ingredients. Cook until thick. Slice bananas into baked pie shell, pouring pudding over. Let cool; then top with whipping cream.
