ANTHONY'S CHERRY DESSERT 
CRUST:

3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter

FILLING:

3 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. pkg. cream cheese

TOPPING:

21 oz. can cherry pie filling (others can be used)
Cool Whip (optional)

Mix and spread in 9"x13" pan graham crackers, sugar and butter. Combine all ingredients for filling, spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Filling looks watery but it will thicken. Chill and add cherries and Cool Whip.
