1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 carton whipped topping (med. size)
1/2 c. orange juice
2 cans fruit cocktail
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
8 bananas, chopped
Chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
