2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. Beau Monde
1 tsp. dill weed

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Serve chilled. Excellent on baked potatoes.
