DILL DIP 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. skim milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. dill weed

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve with fresh, raw vegetables. This dip is appropriate for a low fat, low cholesterol diet.
