CHEESY CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken thighs & drumsticks
1/3 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt

In a shallow dish place flour. In large baking pan place butter and insert into heated oven until melted. Dip chicken 1 piece at a time in flour turning to coat. Place skin side down in butter. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer. In bowl, mix together milk, cheese, soup and salt. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve over rice.
