BAKED HALIBUT 
Soak fish in milk for approximately 1/2 hour. Save milk. Roll fish in Krusteaz Bake and Fry Mix and place in a well-buttered dish. Add melted butter on top of fish. Pour leftover milk on fish (should have about 1/2-1 inch deep) and bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (Baking time may vary with thickness of fish.) Cook until brown and bubbly.
