LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) box lime Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cucumber, sliced very thin

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Drain pineapple, saving the juice. Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups and stir into Jello.

Add pineapple and cucumbers and pour into shallow 2 quart dish. Chill until set.
