BAKED HORSERADISH SOLE 
1 lb. sole (or any white fish)
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. prepared Dijon msutard
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Place fish in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley. Pour sauce over fish, bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with parsley.
