EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl beat Eagle Brand milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix, vanilla and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do Not Overbake! Store tightly covered at room temperature.
