GRANDMA'S POTATO PANCAKES 
6 lg. potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grated onion

Peel potatoes, grate and drain. Remove as much water as possible. Stir in the eggs. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt and add. Stir in the grated onions. Saute in shallow fat until brown, turn and brown other side. Serve with applesauce.
