SALLY M.'S NIPPY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 c. (1%) cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello; partially set. Stir in remaining ingredients.
