TUNA CREOLE | |
1 pkg. noodles and cheese sauce 2 tbsp. butter, melted 3 tbsp. minced green pepper 1 can tuna, drained 1 can tomato wedges 1 can sliced mushrooms 3 2/3 c. hot water 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. thyme In skillet, saute green pepper in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir to boiling. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and cook to desired consistency. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
