MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
5 tbsp. (heaping) powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
A little almond extract if desired
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar to roll baked cookies in

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Form in small balls, press hole in the middle with finger. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar and press sugar down in hole.
