PINA COLADA SALAD 
1 lg. jar maraschino cherries
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 c. grapes
1 sm. can cream of coconut
3 tbsp. light rum

Drain juice from fruit and discard. Combine fruit in bowl. Stir rum into cream of coconut and pour over fruit. Chill 2 hours.
