ANITA'S POT ROAST 
Brisket or pot roast
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Garlic salt
2 cinnamon sticks
6-8 whole cloves
Pepper
1-2 sm. onions
Carrots
Red potatoes
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Dust meat with garlic salt and pepper. Brown meat in hot oil in heavy Dutch oven. Add cranberry sauce, cinnamon sticks, cloves and 1 cup water. Cover and roast in 350 degree oven for approximately 2 hours (or until meat is tender).

Quarter potatoes, peel and quarter carrots, quarter onions and add to roast. Return to oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until vegetables are done). Great easy meal with raving reviews!
