GRILLED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillet, cut in 5 or 6 pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste
Melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp.. soy sauce

Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt, pour lemon juice, soy sauce, and melted butter over fish. Cook on medium high on the grill for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily apart with a fork.
