DEBORAH'S QUICK-N-EASY CHICKEN | |
6-8 chicken thighs (or substitute equal amounts of other chicken parts) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 c. cooking wine Experiment with different kinds, i.e., burgundy, white, red, etc. or any wine on hand Arrange chicken in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Spoon mushroom soup over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup over mushroom soup. Pour wine over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes in conventional oven. About 35 minutes in convection oven. When done, stir mushroom soup, onion soup and wine together to make a delicious gravy served over rice! |
