GREEN CHILI CHEESE SQUARES 
1 lb. shredded cheese, divided (longhorn or cheddar)
2 tbsp. milk
4 eggs
1 can green chilies, mild, whole, drained (4 oz.)

Prepare 8 x 8 inch or 8 x 11 x 1/2 inch baking dish. Beat eggs, add milk and cheese; mix well. Put 1/2 of this into baking dish, spreading evenly. Cut green chilies in half lengthwise. Remove any seeds. Top with egg mixture with the green chilies. Cover with other half of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve cold or hot, cut into squares or little wedges. Can be frozen for future use and reheated or left cold.
