CHICKEN AND LINGUINI 
1 pkg. fresh boneless chicken tenders
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced broccoli
1/2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
4 oz. linguini, cooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in hot butter until bubbly, about 1/2 minute. Add chicken and broccoli and saute until chicken is done, about 3 minutes. Stir in water and bouillon; heat to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 minutes. Toss chicken mixture with linguini and cheese. Makes 4 servings.
