CRACKER TOFFEE 
1/2 c. butter + 1/2 c. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar

In the bottom of jelly roll pan, place whole saltine crackers. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Remove and sprinkle 6 ounces chocolate morsels over top. Spread as they melt. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or coconut. Cut into small squares.
