CREAM CHEESE MINTS | |
3 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 tsp. liquid peppermint Mix together. Gradually add 2-2 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Knead until not sticky. Divide in 1/4's. Knead in food color. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in sugar; flatten with fork. Let dry at room temperature. Store loosely covered in the refrigerator. Yield: 6-7 dozen. |
