CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Few drops desired flavorings
Granulated sugar

Knead until smooth. Add more powdered sugar as needed to make stiff dough. Roll into small balls; roll in granulated sugar to prevent sticking.

Press into flexible mold; invert and push out shape. Let air dry several hours. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
