D'AK-DORI-TANG 
1 lb. boneless chicken meat, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine (sake)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 c. water
4 oz. of green onions, cut into 1 inch lengths

In a heavy pot, combine the chicken, potatoes, onion, red pepper flakes, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Mix together, then add 1/2 cup of water and mix again. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over a medium flame. Add the green onions and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve hot.

Serves 2-3 people.
