STRAWBERRY AND PEACH PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 boxes frozen strawberries or 1 box fresh berries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 can sliced peaches

On low heat cook some berries and the next three ingredients to make glaze.

Mix cheese until soft; add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Spread on bottom of large cool pie shell. Put half of strawberries on top of cheese. Add sliced peaches. Top with the remaining berries. Put whipped cream on top if you wish.
