STRAWBERRY OR PEACH PIE 
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

Mix the sugar and cornstarch and add water; cook until thick. Add 1 small box strawberry or peach Jello. Let set until cool and partly jelled. Add 1 pint berries or enough peaches to fill 9" baked pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream.
