COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (cut in pieces)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. honey
1 c. coconut

Put in blender. Mix just until well blended. Grease and flour 10 inch pie pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turns out like a real pie with a crust. Quick and easy and nutritious.
